Welcome to the City of Satsuma Building and Code Enforcement Department. The city has adopted the 2006 International Codes and the 2005 National Electrical Code. All new construction must be permitted. Permits are not required for the following, sidewalks, driveways, fencing, landscaping and the placing of a pre-fabricated storage shed under 200 sq. ft. A building permit application is available below. The installation of Plumbing, Electrical and Air-Conditioning requires a separate permit available below.
All zoning requests require the owner to come by city hall for an application for a variance or to subdivide a lot.
